It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charlene L. Brower of Geneva, Nebraska, who passed away on December 14, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John P. Werner and Pauline Werner (Doehring); her husband John H. Brower; her son-in-law Billy Bettger; her siblings, Lucille Meyer (Elmer), Adeline Schleifer (Ed), Helen Grammer (Aldo), Virgil Werner and Lavern Werner; and her sons, James Brower (Barbara) of Lincoln, Nebraska and John Brower (Kathleen) of Geneva, Nebraska.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sharon Hockemeier (Jerry) of Eagle, Nebraska and Susan Bettger of Geneva, Nebraska; and her sister-in-law Virginia Werner. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and many nephews, nieces and friends.
