She was predeceased by : her parents, Don Apley and Irene Apley; her grandson Adam Jacob Stevenson; and her brother Tim Apley. She is survived by : her daughter Lisa LeAndra (Steve) of Gilbert, Arizona; her husband Leon Swails of Laguna Niguel, California; her daughter Heather Stevenson (Mark) of Corona; her grandchildren, Carsten (Katelyn), Alec, Griffin (Hannah), Xana, Clarissa, Karis Serra, Caleb and Anna-Noel Stevenson; her great grandchild Adeline; her siblings, Don Apley (Pam) of Lincoln, Nebraska and Brenda Whelan of Denver, Colorado; and her brother-in-law LeRoy Swails of Ten Mile, Tennessee. She is also survived by nine nieces and nephews.
