He is survived by: his siblings, Sandra Behrendsen of Meza, AZ, Jerry Payne (Deb) of Ida Grove, IA, Darla Polkinghorn (Chad) of Salix, IA and Bill Payne (Christi) of York, NE; and his daughters, Miranda Pytlik (Keith) of Raymond, NE, Melissa Donner of Geneva, NE, Kasey Hoffman (Brandon) of Stromsburg, NE, Jessica Pagel (Alex) of St. Robert, MO and Kylie Blundell (Bill) of Geneva, NE. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Memorials are to be directed to his brother, Bill Payne, to be designated at a later date.
