It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lois E. McDaniel (Geneva, Nebraska), born in Moorefield, Nebraska, who passed away on July 12, 2023, at the age of 106, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Henry Asa and Katie Eva Hoffert (Horner); her siblings, Booker Boyd, Ruth, John, Joseph and Amos; her grandson Andrew Mays; her siblings-in-law, Mary Bowers Hoffert, Marilyn Hoffert, Lois Metzger Hoffert, Evelyn Milne, Lucille Haskins, Roy Dowdy, David Milne and Malven "Bud" Raff; her stepchildren, Thomas McDaniel and Ellen Snell; and her stepgranddaughter Irene Snell.

She is survived by : her children, Alfred Richard, Sandra Rae, Betty Ann and Joseph Randall Kimrey; and her brothers-in-law, Jim Haskins, Donald (Vickie McDaniel), Roger McDaniel (Virginia McDaniel) and Rich Knapp (Shirley Delashmutt). She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Memorials are suggested to the Evangelical Free Church.
