She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Ernest and Mary Velma Nun (Yates); her husband Gale Polage of Geneva, Nebraska.; her daughter Dixie Umstead; her son-in-law Charles DeLay; her granddaughter Bridget Belding; her nephew Robby Nun; and her siblings-in-law, Marvin, Martha Polage, Delores, Melvin Marshman and Lynn Nun.
She is survived by: her children, Della of Geneva, Nebraska, Michael Crutcher of Geneva, Nebraska, Terry of Geneva, Nebraska, Bobbie Polage of Geneva, Nebraska and Tracy Polage of Williamston; her son-in-law Bruce Umstead of Howard; and her brother Roger Nun of Geneva, Nebraska. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
