He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Whiteley and Florence Whiteley (Newton); his wife Ardyce Sole; his siblings, Verel Whiteley (Bonita), Bryce Whiteley (Margaret), Delvin Whiteley and Faye Whiteley; and his siblings-in-law, Harold Sole (Viola) and Sherrie Andrews (Alfred).
He is survived by: his brother-in-law Keith Sole; and his friend Merle Noel. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
