He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl A. Janing and Esther E. Bordner Janing; and his brothers-in-law, Duane Lott and Robert Lauenstein. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Lott; his children, Elizabeth Nieveen (Mark), Michael Janing and John Janing (Susan); his grandchildren, Matthew Nieveen (Candace), Brian Nieveen, Briana Janing, Isaac, Anna and Ellie Janing; his great grandchildren, Nora and Delilah Nieveen; his sister Caroline Lauenstein; his nephew Jim Lott (Jamie); and his niece Linda Mitchell.
Memorials are to be directed to the Geneva United Methodist Church.
