He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas Maurice and Lavena Maurice (DeBolt); and his wife Ruth Alice Maurice. He is survived by : his daughters, Shareen Max (Darrin) of Burwell, NE, Alicia Hawk (Frank) of Omaha, NE and Rachel Maurice-Zimmerman (Phil) of Logan, IA; his grandchildren, Megan Max, Josh Hawk, Jessica Hawk and Isaac Maurice; and his brothers, Dave Maurice (Nancy) of Murrietta, CA and Jerry Maurice of Arizona, Many. He is also survived by Many nieces & nephews.

Memorials may be directed to the Genoa Indian Industrial School Museum or the Genoa United Methodist Church.
