She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Schreiber and Katherine Schreiber (Runge); her husband Leland Nelson of John's Lutheran Church; her parents-in-law, Clarence and Anna Nelson; her siblings, Arthur Schreiber Jr., Carroll Schreiber and Esther Wennekamp; her siblings-in-law, Alice Schreiber, Milton Wennekamp, Ronald Nelson and Arlene Stahl; her son-in-law Neal Simley; and her granddaughter Victoria Nelson.

She is survived by: her children, Don Nelson (Rose) of Columbus, NE, Roger Nelson (Kate) of Genoa, NE, Duane Nelson (Cindy) of Norfolk, NE, Kathleen Simley (Scott Vicroy) of Lincoln, NE, Deb Loseke (Tom) of Columbus, NE, Linda Wienck (John) of Randolph, KS and Janice Donoghue (Jeff Oatman) of Milford, NE.; her grandchildren, Christopher Simley (Jordyn) of Elkhorn, NE, Rebecca Kokes (Spencer) of Aurora, CO, Karalynn Hellbusch (Andrew Malenica) of Lincoln, NE, Matthew Hellbusch (Paige) of Lincoln, NE, Preston Nelson (Courtney) of Genoa, NE and Carly Donoghue of Norfolk, NE.; her great grandchildren, Hudson, Oliver Simley of Elkhorn, NE, Rudy, Rory Malenica of Lincoln, NE and Lucy Hellbusch of Lincoln, NE; and her siblings-in-law, Wendell Stahl of Thornton, CO, Marian Nelson of Columbus, NE and Mary Lou Schreiber of Columbus, NE.. She is also survived by 6 Step Grandchildren 17 Step Great Grandchildren 4 Step Great Great Grandchildren.
