She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Koziol and Clara Koziol (Krzycki); her siblings, Albin, Ben, Marcella and Alfred; and her former husband Albin Bosak.
She is survived by: her children, Lillian Czarnick (Ken) of Omaha, NE, Henry Bosak (Tracy) of Gilbert, AZ, Dorothy Nole (John) of Genoa, NE, George Bosak (Jina) of Fort Worth, TX and Jane Webster (Jack) of Columbus, NE; her sister-in-law Julie Bosak of Omaha, NE; and her friend Charlie Parker of Denton, TX.. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Center for Survivors.
