She was predeceased by: her husband Bill; her parents, Darrel Elliott and June Elliott; her in-laws, Oren and Ruby Reed; her siblings-in-law, Phil Swain, John Dinning, Reggie, Max, Gary Reed, Jackie and Gerry Reed; her son-in-law Daniel Baustian; her grandchildren, Isabella Baustian and Eric Nardini; and her grandson-in-law John Kalsbeek (Julie Maske).
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Kuroki (Reed), Lucie Reed of Hershey, Helene Baustian (John Jugler) of Fremont, Dominic Reed (Denise) of Sutherland, Darrell Reed (Irma) of St. Francis, KS, Billie Reed (Tammie) of North Platte and Pat Reed (Lorie) of Salina, KS; her sisters, Edith Tribbey (Bert) of Clovis, CA and Linda Swain of Wichita, KS; and her sisters-in-law, Patricia Dinning of Courtland, KS and Sheila Reed of San Francisco, CA. She is also survived by 28 grandchildren, 45 great-grandchildren and other family and friends.
Phyllis was active in the Hershey community belonging to the United Methodist Women's group and Legion Women's Auxiliary, often assisting Bill with Lions Club functions, donating baked goods for fund-raisers and community meals.
