He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Elaine Hawthorne; his children, John (Stephany Rother), Les (Becky Rother) and Janelle Perez of Omaha, NE; and his grandchildren, Larisa, Owen, Jadyn, Jacob, Dominic, Josie and Mason.
