He was predeceased by : his parents, John Longoria and Rachel Longoria (Quevedo); and his siblings, Edwin Longoria, Steve Longoria, John Longoria, Christina Martinez and Agnes Longoria.

He is survived by : his significant other Mary Longoria "Olive Juice"; his children, Tasha Longoria (Reuben Garza) and Zachary Longoria (Emily Cortez); his grandchildren, Anthony, Khloe Weinmaster, Lazarus Rodriguez, Kaylani Garza, Cameron Cortez, Emma, Zachary and Miles Longoria; his siblings, Cruz Longoria (Terri), Michael Longoria, Monica Longoria and Mary Ann Quijas (Anthony); his mother-in-law Gloria Jean Perez; and his nephew Kenneth Longoria. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
