He was predeceased by : his wife Stacia; and his son Randy. He is survived by : his brother Jim; his daughter Cyndi; his grandchildren, Andrea (Mundo), Amanda, Lacy and Quincy (Megan); his son Dave; his grandchildren, Tonya and Troy (Allison); his son Lyle; his grandchildren, Jerimie (Wendy) and Kandice; his pet Jack; and also, Sarah (Cody) and Jessica (Dan). He is also survived by 24 great grandchildren; 2 almost 3 great great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews and many friends.
