She was predeceased by : her parents, Alex Stricker and Katherine Stricker (Schmidt); her husband Walter Ott; her daughter Karen; her siblings, Hilda Gross (Neal), Clara Schaneman (John), Jane Hoff (Alex) and Larry Stricker; and her siblings-in-law, Leona Buth, Dorothy Jerger, Kay Ott, Richard Ott, Robert Ott Harold Piester, Albert Siegfried, Floyd Schaneman and Elmer Jerger.

She is survived by : her sons, Gary Ott (Sharon) and Dale Ott (Karen); her grandchildren, Christopher Ott (Denise), Kendra Caskey (Brady), Dana Ott Palagummi (Sai), Andrew Ott (April), Matthew Ott (Katie) and Adam Ott; her sisters, Shirley Piester, Joann Siegfried and Dorothy Schaneman; and her sister-in-law Betty Ott. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to the Festival of Hope or the Gering Zion Church.
