He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean Wilkins and Edith Wilkins (Demaree); and his wife Vikkie Wilkins. He is survived by: his son James (Gail Wilkins); and his grandchildren, Dylan Wilkins and Ashley (Anthony Ibarra).
