Nazarenus and Catherine Nazarenus (Berndt); his wife Margie; his siblings, Linda Zwetzig (John), Amelia "Milly" Hessler (Pete), Arthur (Marion), Henry (Mary), Harry Nazarenus (Mary), Marie Krichau (Glenn), Kathryn DeMaranville (Gerald), Lydia Steinert (Harold) and Gilbert Nazarenus; and his nephews, Jason DeMaranville and Peter Krichau.
He is survived by: his son Scott Nazarenus (Bobbi). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In honor of George's love for animals, the family asks that memorials be made to the Panhandle Humane Society.
