He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Faden and Connie Faden (Anderson); and his spouse Beverly Klase. He is survived by: his children, Joette Wells, John Faden II (Daria), Mark Faden (Sandy), Jan Bloyd and Eilene Reiber (Kevin). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
