He is survived by: his wife Linda Kay Mai (Geisick); his children, Anastasia, Chris (Kate) and Warren Mai (Jessica); his grandchildren, Dakota, Ashton, Kao, Cowen and Walker; his great grandchildren, Arlo, Forrest, Otto, Elias and Ramona; his brother Dan Mai (Norma); and his sister-in-law Linda S Mai. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made in care of his wife, Linda Mai, and will be designated to local organizations that support families and environmental conservation.
