He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Carson McConkey and Clara Mae McConkey (Cooper); his wife Evelyn Kay McConkey; his son William Todd McConkey; his brother Dennis McConkey; and his in-laws, Richard and Lucille McNally.
He is survived by: his daughters, Rhona Blake and Lisa Brown; his brother Rod McConkey (Jackie); his niece Patricia Medows (Sonny); and his grandchildren, Crystal Thelander (Beau), Leah Foland (Tyler), Emma Terwilliger (John) and Zzyzx Brown (Adrian). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, family and friends.
