He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis "Dick" Sr. Ross and Frances Ross (Spencer). He is survived by: his wife Monnette Ross; his sons, Grant (Jackie Fouquet) and Jared Ross (Kacey); and his grandchildren, Kylie, Parker, Ethan, Loren and Hudson Ross.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Camp Laramie Peak for Boy Scouts, honoring Dick's lifelong commitment to Scouting and youth development.
