He was predeceased by: his wife Sharon Olson; his parents, Amiel Olson and Stella Olson; and his siblings, Ken Olson, Marvin Olson, Alvin Olson, Larry Olson, Lorraine Scadden and Carol Boerner.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lori Thorson (Troy) of Marshall, Virginia, Tracey Roeder (Richard) of Amherst, Nebraska, Connie Walker of Minden, Nebraska, Tina Packard (Michael) of Casa Grande, Arizona and Amanda Olson of Gibbon, Nebraska.; and his brother Dale Olson of Winner, SD.. He is also survived by 10 grand children, 9 great grand children.
