She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Joyce and Hilda Joyce (Pope); her husband Jerry; her siblings, Marilyn Adam and Gary Joyce; and her granddaughter Alicia Obermeier Harvey.

She is survived by: her children, Susan 'Sue' Obermeier (Monte) of Giltner, Mary Jane Robertshaw (Jerry) of Marquette, Colleen Happold (Doug) of Doniphan, Carol Burrows (Darrell) of Columbus, Peggy Quandt (Brian) of Nevada and Greg Wendt (Missie) of Doniphan; her sisters, Rose Marie Warren of Aurora and Margaret Schneider of Aurora; and her sister-in-law Karen Joyce Tessman of Stockham. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; twenty-five great-grandchildren.
