It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carole Dishong of Gordon, Nebraska, who passed away on March 19, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Henry Coon and Dorris Coon; her husband Lester Dishong; and her stepsons, Gary and Greg.

She is survived by : her former life partner Gary Benson; her children, Craig Benson (Cindy), Tracie Rudloff (Roger), Renee Sasse, Martin Benson (Karen), Dorris Roelle (Mike) and Denise Holscher (Kurt); her stepchildren, Sandy Fricke and Carol Clark; and her brothers, Ben Coon (Della) and Tom Coon (Chris). She is also survived by 24 grandchildren and 33 great grandchildren.
