With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lee Deines of Gordon, Nebraska, who passed away on May 5, 2026 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Deines and Gladys Kaufman (Kaufman); his stepmother Mary Louise Deines; his wife Margaret Luella Stowell Deines; his son Mark Deines; his grandson Chad Lee Glassgow; his grandson-in-law Joel Eberle; and his sister Shirley Green.
He is survived by: his brother Jim Deines (Lin); his brother-in-law Gene Stowell (Alby Forquer); and his children, Rusty Deines, Cheryl Deines, Shelly Thompson (Dave), Kevin Deines and Karen Glassgow (Chuck). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, and many extended family members and friends.
