He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick W. Zlomke and Cecelia "Blanche" Brewer Zlomke; his siblings, Ruth Fisher (Harry), Loran Zlomke (Lois), Wilma Schaer (Art), Floyd Zlomke (Ellen) and Cecil "Gale" Zlomke (Betty); his former wife Marilyn J. Morris; and his stepson Scott Oller.

He is survived by: his wife Barb; and his children, Liz Prochazka (Ron Raschke), Steve Zlomke, Lori Armstrong, Terry Zlomke (Kendra) and Jerri Rose (Richard). He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sisters- and brothers- in law; and numerous nieces and nephews.
