It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tim Bounous of Gordon, Nebraska, born in Wichita, Kansas, who passed away on November 11, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Guy Louis Bounous and Berniece Iown Bounous (Bass); his wife Cheryl Jan Harris; and his brother Bruce Howard. He is survived by : his friend Steve Peddicord; his children, Brandy Bounous, Bradley Bounous (Sara) and Kara Harrison (Adam); his siblings, Kent Bounous, Ben Bounous, Joel Bounous and Becky Bennett (Dave); and his grandchildren, Braden Bounous, Claire Bounous, Reid Bounous, Kinley Bounous, Keeden Harrison and Kolby Harrison. He is also survived by his family, friends.
A memorial has been established for the St. Jude Children Hospital, the Shriners Hospital for Children or the Gordon Salvation Army and donations may be sent in care of Chamberlain-Pier Funeral Home, PO Box 366, Gordon, NE 69343.
