She was predeceased by: her father Ron Czaplewski; her husband Joe L. Weakly; and her grandparents, Tony, Lois Kuligowski, Ben and Nellie Czaplewski.

She is survived by: her mother Betty Czaplewski (Kuligowski) of Grand Island; her daughter Sophie Weakly of Grand Island; and her siblings, Nicki Czaplewski of Grand Island, Monte (Nicole Czaplewski), Ron Jr. (Denise Czaplewski), Justin (Jennifer Czaplewski) and Lance (Sam Czaplewski). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
