He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry L. Leach and Barbara J. Leach (Schleeter); and his grandparents, Conner, Betty Leach, Earl Schleeter, Edith and Edwin "Pat" Streeter.

He is survived by: his spouse SaDonna Russell of Lincoln, NE; his pets, Fenway, Pedro, Remy and Caroline; his children, BaiLeigh Leach of Omaha, NE and Brennin Leach (Janiece Jones) of Hastings, NE; his partner's children, Jennifer Cerio (Andrew), Jaci Puente (Sam) and Mike Jones (Megan) of Lincoln, NE; his sisters, Jerilyn Mayo (Bill) of Oxford, NE and Shelly Broeker (Steve) of Oxford, NE; his cousin David Leach of Oxford, NE; his nieces and nephews, Jackie Bueno, Alex Kermmoade, Miranda O'Connell, Arika Mayo, Callie and Cole Broeker; his great-nephews, Hager Kermmoade, Laken O'Connell and Madden Watson; Bella, Ryder of Omaha, NE, Boston and Harper of Grand Island, NE. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A memorial has been established in Bill's honor, and kindly suggested to the family for future designation.
