“Our sympathies to your family. Craig and I worked at ServiTech. I am not a tech savvy person so it seemed like Craig was always having to solve some computer problem for me. We had a standing joke that if he could program something that Fred could make work, it would work for anybody. I apologize, but I did smile when I read his obituary because of this story which I tell often. My wife, Denise, also worked for ServiTech.
