We are sad to announce that on November 18, 2022, at the age of 86, Dale Crandell of Grand Island, Nebraska, born in Kimball, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Crandell and Eda Crandell (Kilburn); his parents-in-law, Walter and Golda Petersen; his siblings, Donald, Willard (Joan), Edward (Rhetta), Schuylar (Peggy), Madge (Bill Smith) and Jody; and his grandson Will Crandell.

He is survived by : his wife Gay Lee Petersen; his children, Diana Hast (Dean) of Grand Island and William "Todd" Crandell (Peggy) of Minneapolis, MN; his grandchildren, Sara, Scott, Amanda and Audrey; and his siblings, Leonard Crandell (Susan) of Rapid City, SD, Robert Crandell (Hazel) of Junietta and Alvena Hughes of Gering. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
