He was predeceased by: his mother Shirley Garner (Alexander); his mother-in-law Shirle Franzen (Minor); and his brother-in-law Doyle Lindsey. He is survived by: his father Dan Garner of Osmond; his wife Tami Franzen of Grand Island; his children, Morgan Armstrong (Aaron) of Grand Island and Judd Garner (Baylee) of Grand Island; his grandchildren, Annika, Olivia and Elaina; his daughter Jamie Kelly; his sister Kathie Golter (Greg); his father-in-law Dale Franzen; and his sisters-in-law, Sharon Lindsey and Pam Tom Meunier. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 29th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the All Faiths Funeral Home (2929 S Locust St, Grand Island, NE 68801). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Third City Christian Church (4100 W 13th St, Grand Island, NE 68803).
