He was predeceased by: his parents, George Jelinek and Mildred Jelinek; his son JayDee; his brothers, Randy and Howard; and his stepson Patrick.
He is survived by: his former wife Cheryl Dahlin; his children, Jeff, Jill and Jasi; his wife Sheri Fitzgerald; his children, Brian and Jodi; and his brother Don Jelinek (Sharon). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; eight great grandchildren and nieces, nephews and special friends.
