He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel J. Lukasiewicz and Isabelle A. Lukasiewicz (Rott); his wife Karen K. Jerabek; his brother-in-law Gary Lemburg; and his parents-in-law, William J. and Frances Jerabek.
He is survived by: his daughters, Heidi (Kerry Townsend), Trish (Cory Ludemann) and Wendy (Dareld Takahashi); his grandchildren, Madison, Aaron Hansen of Farwell, Branson, Kristin Townsend of St. Paul, John Ludemann of Hastings, Kate Ludemann of Hastings, Lauren Takahashi of Fort Collins, CO and Emily Takahashi of Northville, MI; his great grandchildren, Maelyn Hansen and Brynleigh Townsend; his sister Judy Lemburg of Farwell; his siblings-in-law, Maryann (Jim Lukasiewicz) of Omaha and Bill (Bertha Jerabek) of St. Paul; and his close friend Joyce. He is also survived by twin great grandbabies.
In lieu of flowers and plants, memorials are suggested to the Fisher House at the V.A. Medical Center in Omaha, St. Anthony's Cemetery or the Farwell Fire Department.
