It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Diane F. Walton of Grand Island, Nebraska, who passed away on September 27, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Diane F. Walton to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Walton and Lenore Walton (Brown); her son Richard Aldana; and her siblings, Stephen Bennett, Jean Preisendorf and Holly Pfeifer.
She is survived by: her sons, Quentin Aldana (Lynne) of Wahoo and Shayne Aldana (Stephanie) of Hastings; her grandchildren, Agustus Aldana, Maximilian Aldana, Austin Aldana, Lukas Aldana, Nathan Aldana and Eli Aldana; her stepgrandsons, Wyatt and Jaxon; her great grandchildren, Jackson Aldana and Makai Aldana; her sister Kaye Bayne of Grand Island; and her sister-in-law Carol Bennett of Alda. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the All Faiths Funeral Home (2929 S Locust St, Grand Island, NE 68801). A committal service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:15 AM at the Grand Island Cemetery (3168 W Stolley Park Rd, Grand Island, NE 68801-7203).
Memorials are suggested to The Central Nebraska Humane Society.
