He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence C. Bills and Lucy Bills (Singley); his wives, Carolyn L. Jakob and Joyce M. Kohlscheen; and his brothers, Paul and Roy Huff.

He is survived by: his sons, Brad (Carol), Scott (Barbara) and Barry (Traci); his grandchildren, Glenn Bills (Brittany), Kurt Bills (Mira), Shea Wemhoff (Scott), Abigail Martin (Tanner), Dillon Bills and Brandon Bills; and his great grandchildren, Liam Bills, Jenna Mauser and Adley Mauser.
