We are sad to announce that, on September 15, 2022, at the age of 87, Ernest Thayer (Grand Island, Nebraska) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Thayer and Emma Thayer; his wife Janice Thayer; and his sister Audrey Christensen of St. Paul, Nebraska.. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Emma, Will Thayer of Omaha, Emily and Carolyn of Grand Island.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to St. Paul's Lutheran Church, the Hall County Historical Society, or Heartland United Way.
