He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ramon Rodriguez, Hilario Velasco, Maria Ramirez and Maria Cruz Raigosa; his father-in-law Roberto Coronado; his aunt Elena Rodriguez; and his uncle Isidoro Velasco.
He is survived by: his parents, Eliseo Velasco Ramirez and Maria of Jesus Rodriguez; his son Angel Velasco; his wife Lilia Coronado; his daughters, Janelly Velasco, Linzey Velasco and Mia Coronado; his granddaughter Dahlia Velasco; and his siblings, Pablo Velasco, Joaquin Velasco, Armando Velasco, Jose Guadalupe Velasco, Petra Velasco and Viviana Velasco.
