He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Rosacker and Shirley Rosacker (Bull); his son Jeffrey; his stepmother Esther Rosacker; his father-in-law Ronald Hayworth; and his sister-in-law Stacy Groff.

He is survived by: his wife Linda Hayworth; his son Christopher Rosacker (Dana) of Grand Island; his grandsons, Warren, Charles and Frederick; his siblings, David Rosacker (Melissa) of Omaha, Jeanne Crumly (Ron) of Page, NE and Nancy Rosacker of Neligh, NE.; his mother-in-law Jerane Hayworth; and his brothers-in-law, Greg Hayworth (Beth) and Craig Groff. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to either the Central Nebraska Humane Society or the Jeffrey Rosacker Endowed Fund at the Grand Island Public Schools Foundation to help students access mental health services.
