He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Valasek and Cecil Valasek (Scott); his son Robby; his brothers, Gerald "Bud" (Elnora) and Harold (Alma); his daughter-in-law Norine; and his brothers-in-law, Jim, Butch and Bill Sharp.
He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Ricky Valasek of Irving, TX, Randy Valasek of Cairo, Rod Valasek (Julie) of Grand Island, Ranita Hallum (James) of Arlington, TX, Ralisa Leaman (Mike) of Doniphan and Ragina McKinney (Jimmy) of Roanoke, TX; his grandchildren, Tyler Valasek (Lauren), Morgan Osborn (Kevin), Hunter Hallum (Ariel), Hannah King (Brett), Bailey Hooker (Nick), Cole Leaman (Lauren), Conner McKinney, Kendall McKinney and Cooper Mckinney; his great grandchildren, Tyson Valasek, Kennedy Valasek, Quinn Valasek, Shane Osborn, Trapper Hallum, Fisher Hallum, Hadley Hooker, Brayden Hooker, Brooks Hooker and Bo Hooker; his sister Carolyn Witherwax (Marv) of Ord; and his sisters-in-law, Carla Larson (Darwin) and Karen Sharp.
Memorials are suggested to the Grace Foundation, the Shriners, or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
