It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gerald L Scheer of Grand Island, Nebraska, who passed away on February 3, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Ervin Scheer and Lorena Scheer (Cattau); and his former life partner Sandra K. Scheer. He is survived by : his wife Connie Copsey; and his children, Renae Findley (Bryan), James Scheer (Beth), Chad Scheer (Tanya) and Derek Scheer (Jessica). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the family.
