We are sad to announce that, on November 16, 2023, at the age of 92, Howard E. Tracy of Grand Island, Nebraska, born in Omaha, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Stark Tracy and Estella Tracy (Kitchen). He is survived by: his wife Helen Tracy; his daughters, LeeAnn Jensen, Kay Tracy and Mary Draper (Michael); his grandchildren, Jack, John, Margaret Wagoner, Cody (Aileen), Harrison, Elle Draper, Jaden Sedoff (Brenan) and Michael Jensen (Lauren); and his great grandchildren, Lucien and Dash Jensen.

Memorials in his name are suggested to the University of Nebraska Foundation, College of Law.
