He is survived by: his children, Carolyn Mills of Grand Island and David Voss of Grand Island; his grandchildren, Chad Mills (Jessica) of Boelus, Andrea Brunk (Kevin) of Grand Island and Sam Mills (Kaylene) of Grand Island; his great grandchildren, Matison, Kayleigh, Tristan, Braeden, Isabelle, Adaline, Kennedy, Brexten and Hudson; his sister Gloria Kurbanick (Peter) of Wichita, KS; his brother-in-law Duane Life of Newton, KS; his sisters, Betty Life and Alice Emery; and his son-in-law Lee Mills. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorials are suggested to St. Pauls Lutheran Church.
