James McElroy Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James McElroy (Grand Island, Nebraska), who passed away on October 16, 2022 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Rosemarie (Bates); his parents, Francis McElroy and Loreen McElroy; his children, Mike (Cris McElroy) and Suanne (Gary Soden); his daughter-in-law Becky McElroy (Dennis); his son James B. McElroy; his sister Joan Senkbeil of Omaha; and his grandchildren, Josh Soden of Denver, Samantha, Travis Eckhardt of Lincoln, Jay, Lynsey McElroy of Lincoln, Riley McElroy of Hillsboro Oregon, Michaela and Nate Gay of Lincoln. He was also cherished by six great granddaughters and one great grandson.

Memorials are suggested to St. Stephen's Episcopal Church, Grand Island NE.
