She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond and Doris (Bly); her brother Max Dubbs; her husband John Lee Garroutte; her son Jay Garroutte; and her sisters, Ramona and Cindy.

She is survived by: her children, Randy Garroutte of Colorado and Stacy Garroutte of Grand Island; her granddaughters, Erica Garroutte and Hannah Hartman; and her great grandchild Pearl Mae Hartman. She is also survived by family members, friends.
