We are sad to announce that on April 18, 2023, at the age of 86, Jerome Determan of Grand Island, Nebraska, born in Madison, South Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Determan and Irene Determan (Quinn); and his wife Kaye Olson. He is survived by: his daughters, Diann Manning of Kansas City, KS, Nancy Tjaden-Nolan (Gary Nolan) of Grand Island, Karen Terry (Larry) of Grand Island and Lisa Sanders (Doug) of Grand Island; his grandchildren, Jason Larsen, Chris Larsen (Sibyl), Josh Manning (Janessa Lane), Brandon Tjaden (Alex), Terri Merten (Luke), Kasie Church (Ryan), Toni Kehm, Sarah Kehm, Jake Sanders (Krissa) and Eric Sanders; and his siblings, Dorothy Simpson of Madison, S. D., Donna Sommars of Mitchell, S. D and Joe Determan (Wendy) of Mead, NE.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
