He was predeceased by : his parents, George Case and Vera Case (Bolen); his wife Judy Case of Grand Island; his son Jeffrey Lee Case; his brother Horton "Sunny" Wadkins; and his parents-in-law, Delbert and Wilma Kenyon.

He is survived by : his daughter Julie Klein (Scott Klein); his grandson Tanner Klein of Roca, NE; his daughter-in-law Bridget Case; his grandchildren, Abigail Case and Andrew Case of Jackson, WI; his nephew Byron Pachske (Nancy Pachske) of Aurora, NE; his siblings-in-law, Jan Brauer (George Brauer) of Hutchinson, KS and Jerry Kenyon (Dianne Kenyon) of Grand Island, NE; his nieces, Jaci, Jodi and Jeni; and his nephew Jarod.
