He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Anthony and Leota Anthony (Miller); his wife Carolyn Marie McCown; and his siblings, Neal, Otis, Jackie, Marilyn Ruiz, Dorla Kept and Audrey Clouse.
He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Griffin (David Schroeder) of Grand Island, Roy Griffin of Grand Island, Jennifer Anthony of Grand Island and Jeffery Anthony of Grand Island; his grandchildren, Hannah Richardson (Adam), McKenna Griffin, Cade Griffin and Abby Anthony; and his sister Elaine Spanjer of Cozad. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials are suggested to the family to be designated at a later date.
