He is survived by: his siblings, James Applegate (Angela) of Grand Island, Jason Applegate of California, Miriam Watkins (Stephen Sr.) of Georgia and Theresa Applegate of Grand Island. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
