He is survived by: his parents, Ronald Martak and Margaret Michaelson (Wieck) of Alda; his stepfather Dellis Michaelson; his sisters, Shara, Beverly and Wendy; and his uncle James Holz. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and many close friends.
